From the minute we stepped inside everyone was welcoming and helpful. Very friendly. No high pressure from anyone. The entire process a great experience. Sales sept, business office, parts and service all great.

The sales manager thanked us for our business. Great touch. That’s lost at many businesses these days.

Sales department was good and thorough. However, follow up from service is probably your low point as the technician was good at his job but the manager Kyle has not followed up at all on when he’s sending the technician back out to fix the issues or to even return one of my four phone calls to him with messages.

Everyone was very helpful from the moment we arrived. The staff at the front desk greeted us immediately and set us up with Chet, he worked with us to find out exactly what we were looking for, then got the camper we absolutely loved in our range (high side) but very good deal. Todd in finance was a natural and helped us incredibly with our purchase and was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Then Dave introduced us to our camper very thoroughly and gave great advice. The parts team including Hayley were super helpful and honest and then Austin with assist from John, got us all hitched up and on the road. All in all time well spent and we love our new home on wheels. Thank you all
