Due to the corona virus, we brought our new camper by telephone and emails with Kevin Brolly and Tracy Drone (sp) from the Wixon store headquarters. They were and did a great job guiding us through the process. When we picked our camper at the Wayland store, Cami was very helpful. Very cheerful and knowledgeable as was Bob who conducted the orientation. Lastly the tech staff of Matt and Scott were great in making the change over to our new camper comfortable. We are grateful for the coordinated effort on the part of the people mentioned above in making our camping adventures continue.

Larry Anderson, my service rep, was outstanding. He was patient with my lack or camper knowledge and really made it easy. The technician, who I believe is the shop Forman, came out and explained what was fixed and was extremely helpful. I purchased my camper from General RV, and this was my first service experience. The customer service provided by these two gentlemen will keep me coming back. I highly recommended General RV.

The entire staff seemed to be truly happy to assist my wife and I from the beginning of the process until we pulled away from the lot.
By phone, the salesman narrowed down our personal search to just a few trailers to look at. From there, we were able to reach a price that seemed fair. They were able to add a couple things to our truck in their service department for our piece of mind hauling a much bigger RV than we were used to.
This may sound corny. But it really did feel like being added to a circle we can call on if we have any issues.

Staff are knowledgeable and very pleasant. There was a great selection of inventory and staff took time to answer all questions. Overall it was a terrific experience and I've already recommended the Wixom location to co workers, family and friends.
