Quality products and great service

I didn’t feel pressured when choosing an RV
I hate hard sales people . In fact we walked out of a dealer who pushed us to hard on such a big purchase.
The day of pickup the Staff was friendly and amazing. The day we picked up the RV everyone really seemed to be busy but trying to make it a great experience.

Amazing experience from start to finish our salesman David R at your Wixom location was more than knowledgeable and incredible to work with! A lot of fun made the whole process extremely enjoyable!!

Jim, Mike, Jeffrey, Kurt (in service), and Ellen were all awesome. The front desk was welcoming and friendly and competent.

We were traveling from Arizona and had a problem with are generator and called so many other places that could not help a traveler, we then called General RV and they got us in and fixed within a day!! Tom Tree was excellent, picked the right camper for my needs. Very honest and informative.

Matt was able to get the finance deal I was looking for, he did a great job.

Walk-around wasn't too good. It didn't appear to be ready but we did it anyway. Don't recall the gentleman's name, he did great showing the features and reporting the issues.

Hope to pick it up in a couple weeks when it's ready.

Every associate I dealt with when it came to customer service ( Anthony, Kami, Trevor Marissa Rachel and Robert ) were accommodating, kind, considerate and very knowledgeable of the products on hand. The entire process from the first call to the receptionist and later that week getting the keys from Kami after they pulled the unit up front couldn't of gone any better. General RV has a great group of people up in Wayland, MI.
