Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They went out of their way to make our purchase possible. Our sales associate was a person of integrity. Hard to find that quality these days.

The showroom was clean and well lit, smiling faces, sales people around when you needed them (also not pushey). I ordered and paid for some pieces, now we will see how the next step goes.

We were very disappointed with having to deal with Roland. He was very unprofessional and spoke like he was trying to emulate the rap singer Eminem. He always had an excuse and never would give us a straight answer or followed through or kept us informed of the progress of our unit. After complaining to Tony the service manager he took over our project. He was very professional showed great concern and rectified all our issues. Our camper was brought in for scheduled service and been there for a month before Tony got involved. I'm very pleased with the end result.

Very patient when ordering the right awning. They did the research as I was unable to.

Our salesman Chris York listen and to All I said and showed Us different options of what I asked him wasn't trying to push Us into something else unlike some other lots I had been to closer to My house in Lakeland Florida Thank you and when we decide to upgrade in a few years we'll be back

We ended up having to order our RV to get the one we wanted Jefferson kept us up-to-date on when it was finished being manufactured and when it was delivered financing was easy and even when the manufacture forgot a part they had already had it ordered before we even picked up the trailer!

I really like the service dept, especially my tech Shawn. He was both helpful and empathetic with trying to rectify my awning problem during this pandemic.
