Initial sales tactics were questionable. However everyone was very helpful and friendly the day we picked up our unit. They even replaced a damaged couch in the used trailer we bought and we were pleasantly surprised about that!

Everyone was incredibly helpful and patient. When we picked up our Rv there was great care in making sure we understood everything from financing to how to hook up the trailer to the truck.
Angel was our liaison and she seemed stressed. She may have had too many customers to juggle. But we never felt hurried or in the way by anyone else on the team.
The only change I would make if to get angel some help so she is not taxed. The rest of the experience including the VIP tags was top notch!
