I didn’t feel pressured when choosing an RV
I hate hard sales people . In fact we walked out of a dealer who pushed us to hard on such a big purchase.
The day of pickup the Staff was friendly and amazing. The day we picked up the RV everyone really seemed to be busy but trying to make it a great experience.

General RV is awesome!! Very please with my new camper. My awning was damged before I brought it home so they ordered me a new one and suppose to come to the campground and install it. So we will see!!
We bought a new Alpine fifthwheel in June of 2019. Our service coordinator, Shawn Robby, has been very helpful. We had some warranty issues that he got resolved and have added some nice add on features. During our last visit, we had our annual service done and my wife noticed some stains on the floor. Shawn went and got a chemical and got down on his hands and knees and got all the stains off. Thanks Shawn, appreciate you. 😊
