The service we received from the people there was top notch.
If I have one thing that surprised me, it was that I was told the fuel tanks would be full when we left, but there was less than half a tank on board. No big deal, I was able to get home.
Other than that, everybody was very helpful and nice. They answered all my many rookie questions and we learned a lot about the coach.

We were pleased with how we were taken care of. Being our first time of purchasing a camping trailer you offer us a servie package that gives us the confidance that if we had any issue that there would be someone to assist us.

I’ve known Robert for forty years. I’ve bought 14 it 15 rvs from him, that should tell you all you need to know. Paxton , Robert’s son, seemed to have the same personnel relationship with customers as his dad does, so it appears, moving forward, the dealership is in good hands. Jeff Page is my go to guy for service issues and questions, and Kristyn has been my device writer, that last coupl times I’ve been in, they are great when you can get a hold of them. I met a new tech”Alix” the last time I was in and she seems to be very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you have. Great place for purchase and service!

I inquired about a specific model amd as I was going in it. Sold the sales rep Dawson found the same model and another location and had them hold it as I was wanting to purchase. They had it delivered and did everything they could to get us the best rates.

It’s close, very neat and clean, and the help was very kind and curtious.

After my RV was in an accident I stopped at General RV in Canton and was helped immediately to solve part of my issue so I could continue on my trip. After that General RV, Connie Urbano was my service rep. Connie always kept me informed as to the progress of my vehicle. Although General RV still has my vehicle I know it is because of supply chain delays and not problems with General.
