Our salesman, Jefferson, of General RV in Draper, Utah, was very helpful, as well as several other employees. We had wrecked our TT in Montana, and werre waiting for an insurance settlement to catch up with us as we towed a U-Haul containing everything from the old trailer. We were stranded and stressed as we desperately wanted to make it to Nashville for a huge family event. We didn’t make our deadline, but when we were able to take possession of the trailer, the overwhelming job of transferring our belongings from the u-haul to the new trailer was foreboding and fell on me as my husband had to return the u-haul or face stiff penalties. I was overwhelmed at the mountain of boxes, which was huge, and many of them were really heavy. Just as my husband left, Jefferson (our salesman), a wonderful lady from the Parts department, and a service man all shewed up to help. Thanks to all that muscle, we had it all loaded and ready to roll when my husband returned. It took me days of sorting and putting it all away after that, but we were on th road and grateful to the kind folks at General RV in Draper, Utah! (Btw, it was his day off!) We love the 5th wheel we purchased from General RV,, and would definitely recommend them, especially Jefferson!
