The personal attention and diligence to insure the product was complete and totally functional, seen and unseen was exceptional. I decided to look at travel trailers and get away from tent camping. I camp 6-8 weeks out of the year. I went to General RV in Clarkston. When we enter red the facility everyone was super friendly. Our Sale person was Christian. He was absolutely amazing. I gave him a few options of what I was looking for. I decided on the Winnebago Hike. The sales process was very low pressured and he did not try an talk be in to something bigger or better. I was able to sign the paperwork that day and even take it home. However, due to HOA regs I had to find a place for storage. General RV allowed me to store my camper for 2 months while I looked.
I was able to still do my camper demo and everything else while they stored it for me.
Even when I came to pick it up they offered me an additional demo and a thorough hitch demo.

I can not say enough good things about Travis Greenwood. The best service advisor I've had at any RV dealership ever. I've purchased this RV from General RV in October 2020. I have had it in several times for warranty items, upgrades, and an insurance claim repair. Before Travis I never knew what to expect. Work took a long time to get done, a lot of times it wasn't done right, and I usually ended up having discrepancies on the final bill. Since I have started working with Travis I have not had one issue. His communication with me is great. I always know what is going on with my RV while it's in the shop. He puts the customer first, this guy's a keeper.

Everything was great. Was taken care of in a very timely manner. Once I got approval to get my trailer tire replaced, it was done very fast and I was able to get back on the road
At this point pretty much everything. Had issue with main drain line from black tank. Separated from the frame of the rig. Was not sure what to think, as I did not feel the rig was safe to drive home. My dealer was basically 10 min from where we camped. After zip tying the drain line to one of the jacks we returned to our camp grounds for the night. Returned to our dealer and they took our rig in as an emergency repair. My dealer is General RV in Ashland. Kuddos to Morgan and Meagan.

Salesman Rick Waldo was awesome. Finance was great. Service took a long time and isn’t complete. Six hours to pick up our unit was a bit much.
