Jeff was very knowledgable, showed me how to clean the air conditioner, and how to maintain my furnace and humidifier, gave me
tips on how to keep everything running smoothly, he explained to me why it would be to my benefit to have a service agreement
and he was comfortable to talk too. Great young man. Thank you.

So far I've only dealt with your scheduler (Summer) who was very helpful by listening to what I needed and then making it happen in an efficient and timely manner. Great job!
