Very professional, show up on time, very friendly technicians and our furnace and air conditioning work great.
I'm biased, there's a long term family tie to Standard, my uncle was Frank Ferraro and Greg Ferrara has taken care of my parents HVAC for many years.

All ways receive timely service, Techs are knolegable and good to deal with. Standard has replace two furnaces two different locations and have always done a exelant job in a very timely manner.

It was nice to do the initial appointment scheduling online. It was helpful to see a neighborhood map showing which neighbors have had service done by Your company. Our technician Paul was very polite and immediately put on the blue booties as soon as he walked into the house. The work that Paul did fixed our issue.
Friendly, knowledgeable employees. They understood that this is a big decision for most people, and that many people are meeting with them out of necessity. With that in mind they didn't rush us, answered any questions we had and tried to make us as comfortable with the process as possible.
I'm not disappointed. You responded so slowly to my inquiry for a bid, that I had written bus and selected a company and had my project scheduled before anyone except the office person contacted me. It was about central air...in July..lol I couldn't wait. :)
