Scott, the technician,showed up my house at 8:18 a.m. on Fri., 8/14. I had called Thurs., 8/13, to confirm my appt. & specifically requested the tech be at my house by 8 or even earlier as I had to be at work DT. This tech just strolled in like it was no big deal - not even apologetic about the time he arrived. I don't know how thorough a job he did checking my furnace as he was standing in my kitchen at 8:35 a.m. asking me to sign the paperwork. My suggestion would be that you techs check their appointment list the evening before - for the next day - to be aware of customer requests!

Prompt service and I have purchased two furnaces and an AC unit over the past 31 years from Standard. The service people are on timely and polite.

Wish you answered the phone over the weekend. Got stuck in a phone transfer loop. When they contacted us on Monday, we had service scheduled on Wednesday. Repairman were prompt and very friendly and fixed the problem right away.
