The Technician was extremely professional and friendly, when there was an earlier date we had received a call to see if we wanted our appointment moved to an earlier time. Unfortunately we were not ready but it was much appreciated to receive that call.

Techs are always friendly and courteous. They put booties over their shoes to keep your floors clean, and explain what services they performed in detail. I always feel comfortable I got a good value.

Knowledgeable Technician
I like that I get the same man each time. Deacon is so professional, kind, thoughtful, and efficient. He knows how to talk to me and explain what he is doing if I ask. He is very professional and always cleans up and is careful in my house.
We have had an issue with uneven cooling for years and have asked countless service techs for help. They have suggested multiple expensive options from replacing the air conditioner to replacing the water heater. Our Standard Tech simply told us to switch the fan from auto to cool. Problem solved.

Your techs -most recently, Christopher, who gets a 10 and gold stars - are a pleasure to have around. Christopher had tips for improving ac performance and keeping house comfortable, did cleaning and check-up efficiently, was on time, answered my questions, and didn't make me feel bad for having a filthy filter. Your office contacted me to schedule my ac check-up and was easy to work with (Tania?). I wish I had found your company years ago.
The technician was great; I didn't love that when I was called to set up my spring maintenance visit, the person who called made it sound like it was my responsibility to remember when to call and set up these scheduled maintenance visits. The whole reason why I'm paying for the maintenance plan is so that I don't have to remember when maintenance is due. Definitely not a great start to my first scheduled maintenance visit of my maintenance plan.
