They went the extra mile by contacting the city inspector before installation to make sure the AC placement was OK. Also, brought in a mechanic to check (and fix) my upstairs ductwork prior to installation without charge. All very thorough and professional - salesman, mechanic, installer and electrician.

Time to service Geothermal AC was longer than necessary and communication was poor. 2+ days to get price quote on part and no communication until I called back. Then order was approved same day, but apparently not submitted resulting in a delay during 90+ heatwave.

Tech came out and knew just what the problem was with AC and got it fixed up and operating well in short time on very hot day.

Josh was very personable and knowledgeable, willing to explain how the cooling process works and How the equipment is impacted.

Perhaps making pricing more reasonable, I had a tech come out Friday and the estimate was for $695 for replacing an Air Exchanger motor, the motor costs about $100 at Amazon, why was I charged this much? plus the technician was kind of rude, unfortunately I will provide the same feedback on Angie's List.

Installers were very polite and did a great job, except that they kept banging door to outside against the six panel doors as they went in and out the door between the garage and house. To be fair, the doors didn't close well, but there are 2 big new gashes in them. Opening the door gently and/or making sure the closet doors were closed would have been more respectful of the doors.

Also, in moving the old AC, there must have been a big blob of cement underneath. They moved this into my garden next to the new AC. It's too heavy for me to lift out. Not sure why they didn't tell me about this or just remove it for me. Instead, they just set it onto some plants. Now there is a huge, round cement chunk that's pretty heavy next to the new AC, which is frustrating,

Other than that, they were polite and pretty efficient.
