Good product, good service
The service technician was outstanding! He explained everything he did for us to resolve our furnace/air conditioner issue and provided us with tips on how to maintain the equipment better than we're currently doing. He was also very personable, which put us at ease with a company we have never dealt with previously. We'll definitely keep you at the top of our list for future repair or purchase of this equipment.
Since the installation of a new furnace/AC in Oct 2013 there have been two parts failures which is disappointing alone but each has resulted in water damage which is very frustrating. The repair service has been prompt and effective. Chris Last name removed
