I was told it would cost me $99 just to get an estimate/bid on my project! Really? Seriously? There are any number of contractors wanting my business who will provide a bid on my project at no cost. This tells me all I need to know about your way of doing business and your attitude toward customers. Thank you for schooling me!

you came over the same day that i called even though it was not an emergency. the service person was very thorough when he was trying to find the problem. I did not get the feeling that he had only a certain amount of time allocated to us. He stayed until he found the problem.

I liked your "soft-sell" salesperson, who did not try to push me to buy a more expensive product or something I didn't need. I like the energy star ranking for your company and your recycling program. All people involved in the process (inspection, sales, installation) were punctual, professional, unobtrusive, and friendly. They explained things well and did a nice, tidy job.

The sales, installation and service processes have all been excellent. We have to wait to see how the products we were sold perform before being able to give a higher rating. In four months, we already had to make one service call, and I am hoping that the Bryant products aren't problematic, particularly after the warranty expires in two years. If we continue to have to make service calls, we'll be highly upset. If everything runs smoothly for years to come, then we'd bump the rating up to a 10.
