Prompt. Courteous. Knows parts well and can spot decline in performance. gives advice and informs customer. Deacon was all of this. We want him back the next time of maintenance checkup.

What could we do to improve?

Our a/c check was done very efficiently, and on time. My only concern is that now I'm paying almost as much for one visit next year as I have for three visits in the past. I like the idea of the check before both heat and a/c seasons. I am wondering what the cost of a visit without the plan is.
