The technicians are always knowledgeable and thorough, but this service call was particularly beneficial. The tech updated me on the status of the furnaces (we have 2), changed filters, including the humidifier filter, and gave addn'l helpful info. He was exceptionally thorough.
I haven't had my air conditioner a year and it has already failed. While the work performed was covered under warranty it I do not have any confidence that this will be a ine time deal. Especially after reading the performace reviews on Consumer Reports.

everything from start to finish! when i called about our air conditioner not working, the gentleman i spoke had excellent communication skills, very prompt at fitting us in. then, the technician called before their arrival and actually came at the early end of our time window-always appreciated! he was professional and efficient. absolutely would refer standard heating and air conditioning!
We were grateful that we were able to make a same day appointment, considering the problem was our air conditioner during a hot spell. The technician was knowledgable and experienced, taking time to thoroughly explain the problem and solution. He was able to complete the fix the same afternoon and at a lower cost than initially quoted.
We trust you guys! The installation was perfect and right on time. Everyone was great and answered any questions I had. The AC and Furnace are beauties and running great. We're so glad we went with Standard Heating!
