1}Installed 95% single stage- wrong furnace. To be corrected next week with 2 stage-96% furnace specified in contract.I only noticed because payment was different from contract price and office staff figured it out.
2] Same day water heater install never happened. Plumber was incorrectly scheduled for the next day. We waited until 4:oo p.m and no plumber. Will now install next week as well. Short term exhaust chimney duct for the old heater had to be re-created.
Seems like a project supervisor needs to tune in a little better and let everyone know what,and when, everything is scheduled and verify the correct furnace is on the truck for install. Hope Monday goes better. A/C install went well and looks good!

Like every other business the sale is made and one moves on to the next. Maybe e-mail confirmation on install date 5-10 business days as a reminder and it is too soon to see about install quality, equipment quality, and also a comparison between the old system and new as to size i.e. old one was a 2 ton and new one is 2 1/2 but much more efficient and so on for comparison purposes. Again too early to tell about the total package but so far we have not been disappointed and are happy with our decision.
I didn't have to wait long for the part to come in and for the work to be done. Paul is so knowledgeable and he took the time to do things properly and check settings for proper and efficient use of the furnace. He also helped me understand my furnace better! I am very satisfied with the service provided by Paul and Standard Heating/Air Conditioning, and I would recommend you to others! Thank you!

Trust is important to me because I know nothing about a furnace or a heating system.
That is why I like Standard Heating etc. Their techs have proven to me that I can trust when
they are through checking, oiling etc. everything will be safe for me to turn on my furnace
when it is needed. They always give me a verbal report as well as written, and I can always
ask any questions.

Your service person confirmed one diagnosis of our air conditioner but didn't investigate other possibilities. We have fixed the first problem but if there is need for a secondary assessment we would like to not pay another $99 for more trouble shooting.
