Your technicians are always courteous, on time and helpful. They give advice regarding my air conditioner and furnace which I greatly appreciate. They are also honest in their appraisal of what my ac and furnace needs will be in the future. All of your service people are excellent but I especially have to give a shout out to Deacon and Seth for their above and beyond performance. Thank you.
Prompt service. I called with a problem at 9:00 AM and the service was completed by noon!!! I did not have a reservation but they fit me in.

Mike, the technician who came to our house to perform a heating system safety test, was friendly and ready to start work right away. He opened up our 1977 tank of a furnace and found that there was a crack on the external part of the heat exchanger. Not the greatest news, but he was quick to show us the crack, tell us how the problem could (and usually does) get worse, and what our best options were. He offered to call back to the office and arrange another technician to meet with us for an estimate on a new furnace, and we happily took him up on it. He took a few minutes to educate us on what to expect, how high-efficiency furnaces work, and more. We were so appreciative of his help and feel fortunate that he was the one scheduled to come to our house! He was an excellent representative for your company.
First of all, the sales rep, Kyle, was outstanding. He was very personable, informative and made things as clear as possible. I knew right away I had made the right choice with Standard. My installer (Mesha) was top notch. Very friendly,courteous, considerate, careful and kept me informed on what he was doing. I couldn't speak any more highly of him. He's a very hard and dedicated worker. Andrew, the gas fitter, was also very friendly.
I am so pleased and would highly recommend Standard to anyone. Thank you for such a fine job!

We have been customers of Standard Heating and Air Conditioning for over 30 years. We have worked with Standard Heating and Air Condiotioning with installation and service in two different homes we have owned. For the past 15 years, we have purchased a yearly Smart Plan to keep our Standard Heating and Air Conditioning equipment in excellent condition. Having excellent Service Technicians, like Mike Otte and Elliott have been a big reason, we continue being customers of Standard Heating and Air Conditioning! Not to forget, the excellent service we receive from Karen Johnson in the main office! Thank you! 😊
