We appreciate and trust Jason's workmanship and expertise in caring for our heating and air conditioning needs. Our home was built in 1929 and Jason is patient with us as he introduces us to the heating and A-C systems. We have a boiler system and two separate A-C installations in addition to a boiler which Jason has already serviced! We have both radiant and forced air heating systems. The technician, Elliot was very competent and quickly figured out what was wrong with our air conditioner. He called 30 minutes before arriving just like he was supposed to and arrived almost exactly when he said he would. He was courteous and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use your company again in the future.

Your Technician/Customer Representative, Seth, was very knowledgeable, competent, and friendly. He arrived on time, fixed the problem with my A/C, made some recommendations for the future, and made a follow-up visit to install a better filter system on the HVAC unit.

We just bought a home in April and found the number on the furnace. Not knowing what had been done before on the unit the tech was able to share a little about past services. He gave us a list of options and answered our questions to pick one for us. So far it seems to be working so we believe we made a good choice with his help.
Your tech Benton was VERY thorough! When he was done he took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood what the problem was with the air conditioner. He was GREAT! I was also pleasantly surprised to talk to a real lady on the phone at 7:30 in the morning. She was wonderful! In this day of "leave a message after the beep" it was a good way to start the process. I was also thrilled that someone could come out right away. We have an email in to you looking for an appt. for an estimate to replace our furnace & air.
