The technician is always on time, wears shoe covers, very polite and knowledgeable. He introduces new plans, features etc. but he is never aggressive, leaving the decision to me.
Easy to schedule at a time that worked for me. Technician was efficient and courteous. Company has good reputation and ratings on Angie's List.

Customer service and professionalism.
We pay to have the maintenance program with the expectation the semi-annual visits are helpful to the overall expense. Technician was here in July for maintenance and said everything was good. In August our A/C stopped working and we were charged $500 to fix it. I understand paying for the repair but I think the $99 trip fee should be waived since it would've been included in July if it was found at that time.
I only had an estimate so I can't fairly rate the service. The sales associate was very professional and provided me with a lot of information. I am going to wait until spring/summer to replace my furnace and will keep Standard Heating in mind when I do replace my furnace.
They come when you have an appointment right on time! That way you don't have to sit at home waiting. That is one big thing I like, so I can plan my day.
They are very good at what they are doing. They have answered all my questions.
I appreciate them doing the work so I don't have to worry about something going wrong.

Tech was friendly and provided a lot of information on my system and what he was doing and seeing.

Everything. Nathan has been our service person for a good number of years now and we totally trust him to keep our heating and air conditioning working great. He keeps us advised about the condition of our furnace (17 years old) and does a wonderful job of keeping it in great shape. When the time comes to replace our furnace it will, like our new air conditioner, be purchased from Standard Heating and Air Conditioning.
Great pricing with very little negotiation, and desire to give the customer the product I was really interested in, regardless of the fact it wasn't a common unit.

It was easy to set the appointment and the technician called on the way and arrived on time. He was very knowledgable and a good communicator. Since we have an old furnace, he recommended a program for more frequent inspections to make sure the furnace is operating safely. I signed up for the program. It will save time and money and keep my family safe. I highly recommend Standard Heating.i

The sales representative came through my house and did a full house inspection to give me her best recommendation. She was knowledgeable and wasn't trying to push anything on to us that she felt was too much or undesired. I felt as if she truly wanted to give her best recommendation for our needs vs trying to sell something specific. Gave us the best price out of the competition and was honest in her feedback about the unit she wanted to install. Very happy!
