I think you guys are very professional, prompt and on time, courteous, and just all around good people! The work has always been good and the cleanup after has been good as well.
The gentleman who came to look at our air conditioner was so helpful. I didn't know much about it and he was very understanding and willing to check it out.

My issue is not totally with Standard. My unit was installed in 2011 and now have had service 4 times, two of which were leaks which make me think the soldering was not done properly.If this trend continues I will be paying through the nose for service for the life of my a/c.

Always deal with polite customer service reps. With this new furnace-A/C my questions are answered thoroughly and explained so I can understand what to do if anything happens again. Chris has been equally as impressive as Nathan. Been with Standard since 1984 !
