Consistancy
My first impression was with Kelly and I really appreciated how hard she listened to what I wanted, and looked at my house overall too, not just the requested furnace replacement. Everyone who I interacted with was someone you would want as a friendietary , AND they seemed to really know their stuff. AND your price was about the same as another bid, or maybe even less. :-)
The technicians are very friendly and explain everything they are doing. Prices seem reasonable.

Deacon,the technician, called ahead to let me know he would be a little early. He thoroughly examined my furnace and answered all my questions about its life expectancy since the furnace is 19 years old. The furnace was originally installed by Standard Heating in July, 1996 and has had regular maintenance checks from Standard Heating. It is still operating well and has had no major repairs.
Great service, great people
Standard Heating has been the company that my family has used for almost 40 years to service their AC and Furnace. When I bought my house in 2002, I immediately started to use them as well. I've had nothing but the top of line service. Nathan is a great technician and has such a fun personality - so much so, that I look forward to having him out twice a year! (And my parents still rave about Seth!) Thank you guys for always doing a wonderful job here. I've recommended you to my friends and they too, are impressed. Many thanks! Tina

I like that I can have the same service person. He is the best. He knows my furnace and air conditioner.
The first thing that stands out is the courtesy each tech shows upon entering our home!! I insist that they don't have to put on their slippers, but they do anyway.. Also, The know what they do and do it with confidence!! that is very re-assuring.. !! Being on the service plan is a big plus, especially in time of need in the winter ..or, any time!
Well, I was a bit disappointed that the appointment I had was cancelled by your sales rep for the reason that 'you aren't doing any jobs like the one I have until after the new year' (I need a new furnace/AC installed after my gravity furnace is removed). I thought that was a bit odd.

The air conditioner was about a month past the warranty and they were more than happy to honor the warranty even though it had expired. The service tech was clean polite on time and knew what he was doing!
