So, it turns out that the pump that got replaced probably wasn't bad; I had probably plugged it into the outlet on the furnace that was not wired. I had no idea that when the furnace was installed only one of the two-outlet box was wired, but I guess that is a code thing. If the repair guy would have checked the outlets initially, it would have been helpful. As it turns out, he also plugged it into the wrong outlet. Not until the second guy came did I learn that only one outlet is operational. The good news was that we learned of the cracked glass piece inside the furnace to be replaced.
I was here when Jason came out and he was friendly and answered a lot of my questions. It wasn't a bad experience; just a comedy of errors.

Nathan is top-notch knowledgeable, experienced, wonderfully cheerful, yet no-nonsense.
We have a big home. We have a very complex HVAC system. Because of this, it is of particular importance to us that Nathan is ever-PATIENT. He explains things over and over, and, sometimes, over again.....until we GET it. And, if necessary, he comes back on his next visit and explains it all over again.

Seth listened to my concerns and genuinely wanted to find a solution. That was very refreshing.
I advised the technician that I wanted to see how dirty the furnace was. He started his tasks and then asked if he could use the sink. I said sure. Then I realized he was cleaning the part of the furnace at the sink. Never did get to see how dirty it was. I don't think there's anything you can do to fix the situation. The install of furnace was an OK experience. But when I had to call the tech back to fix ductwork connections, I ended up throwing him out of the house. Have never experienced such a disrespectful serviceman. I called your company and told them to never send that man out. So...two separate strikes. I am not willing to take a chance on a third strike.....
Tech was knowledgeable and polite.
The technician, Nathan was very thorough and had no problem showing me what was bad on our furnace...to the point that I could comfortably explain to my husband with a complete understanding. He went as far as to show me the camera images so I can visually see the issue.
Then, Kelly came out and gave us a bid...she treated me like family. She too explained everything in great detail so my husband and I knew exactly what to expect.
Overall, probably the best experience we have ever had with having to have work done.

Knowledgeable technicians and they never seem to be trying to "sell" me anything I don't need. Courteous staff whenever I call to schedule an appointment or to ask a question.

Nothing, I am just not one to recommend. If someone ask I would say we never had issue with Standard.
Price was competitive and all inclusive, showed up on time and did work quickly and efficiently. Tenant was very pleased with both quote inspection and installation performance. Only outstanding issue is waiting on city for final mechanical inspection; electrical inspection passed on Monday.
