Good technicians! However, Standard knew I had a defective furnace, (secondary heat exchanger), but didn't notify me, creating a potentially dangerous situation for my family.
Friendly, on time and efficient in terms of time needed to perform service. Material prices are high, however. A humidifier filter that I can get from Amazon for $10 would have cost me $27 off of the truck.

The service technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable regarding the unit that had been previously installed in the house (new home owners). He took the time to explain the tune-up process and listed out what things he would be looking for. During the routine check-up, he also identified an issue with the furnace that will likely save us a considerable amount of repair in the future. Furthermore, the employees I have spoken to on the phone have all been very helpful and accommodating regarding scheduling repair appointments. Overall, a very positive experience.

Anyone I have ever had contact with at Standard Heating has been the same - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I've dealt with this company for over 20 years and never had a bad experience.
