The service experts are genuinely there to provide honest advise, and I feel like their main focus is more about ensuring the efficiency of my units as opposed to trying to see how high they can push the total bill.

Great service. The technician took a minute to assess my knowledge/skill level. He then explained the problem to me at a level I understood without treating me like a 5 year old.

Our sales experience with Rick was outstanding--no hard sales, just straightforward talk about Standard's services, the installation process, and the products offered. Rick helped us select the right size furnace for our house, filled out all of the rebate forms, and even contacted the local building inspector for additional guidance/clarification on a concern he had for our installation. Everything about the installation was flawless, from the drywall work to place another vent in the basement, to the placement of the new furnace. The installation crew even took the time to show my wife how to change out the new furnace filters.
Every person we have dealt with, whether on the phone or in person, has been gracious and extremely helpful. We have all confidence that Standard Heating does a very good job for us.
I have had to call twice to have service after the furnace check I had in Sept. Both times the problem was due to the technician not properly resetting the thermostat after doing the check. It makes me wonder about the competence of the entire process. What else was done incorrectly that could cause a more serious problem?
