You saved us big time. We were quoted a large amount of money to fix our furnace from another company, so we had Standard Heating & Air come out and give a quote for a new one. Denise was wonderful and walked me through the process. I received a call from her later saying she had talked with a service manager and thought the price we were quoted for a fix was very high. They couldn't in good faith sell us a furnace without us knowing it was likely going to be less to fix it. We had a technician come out the next day(Benton)who was super friendly and kept me updated on everything he was doing. He was able to fix our furnace for less than half of what we were quoted! I'm so happy I called Standard Heating & Air. You fixed our furnace and saved us from being scammed. We purchased the gold tune-up package so we are already looking forward to our spring A/C tune-up. We will never get furnace and a/c services from anyone every again, and when the time comes that we do need a new furnace, there is not question it will be through you! Thank you again!
For many years Seth was out technician and became like part of our family. We miss him, but everyone else we have had has been excellent and we appreciate them all.
I received really excellent service on Saturday when our furnace went out. The cheerful woman in the office pulled our file and verified our warranty info. Paul was there withing an hour and had things sorted out quickly. Now that our furnace is 7 years old, we'll definitely be signing up for the regular service plan. Thanks!

You are always prompt in scheduling an appointment for a furnace or AC checkup and have been very helpful when I've needed your assistance in an emergency. Your service men are professional, efficient and polite.

Quick response and good work. Furnace had stopped working, repairman came quickly. And furnace was repaired. Two days later had sour smell in the house which appeared to be coming from the vents. The smell had not been present before the visit. Someone came out again, could smell the odor so checked everything again. Was told all was okay with the furnace, nothing to worry about. But he noticed a few Japanise beetles, dying or dead. We agreed it was possible they got in while the original service was being done. Odor was pretty much gone after he left. Vents/ducts were cleaned the next day and there is no longer any odor. Thank you very much.
Ben was great. He was very personable and explained things in a matter I could understand. He is a great ambassador for the company. We had used a different contractor in the past which was more expensive and we were not happy with their service. It was great to see there is a company out there that cares about its customers through the representation by their technicians.
