Mike made it out to check on the boiler in a matter of a couple hours. He not only diagnosed the issue right away, Standard Heating stood by work they had done on the furnace a year ago. Mike clearly described the problem and told us what to look for to keep the furnace running properly. I continue to be very impressed with Standard, and they will continue to get my business.

On time and knowledgeable. Your techs know how to talk to people, which is more than half the battle. I may not know a condenser from a rheostat, but I know when somebody is courteous to me. Or not.

The parts department was knowledgeable about the parts they were selling and even cross-checked the part to ensure it was what I needed! They were friendly and cooperative!

Called on a Sunday morning and spoke to a representative, not an answering service. A technician was on site within 4 hours and, even though he was unfamiliar with our system, he took the time to trouble shoot and found a temporary solution to restore heat. The problem was permanently fixed within 48 hours of my initial call. Technicians were professional and your customer service reps were courteous and patient. All in all, an excellent experience to a difficult situation.
