In my situation, I needed service on the weekend and was told instead of the normal $99 fee, it would be $199. I get that it is outside of the normal work hours for your technician. Now I had researched the issue and told the lady when I called that it was the draft motor. When the tecnician arrived, he did not have one along. He indicated the motor would be covered under warranty. He was going to charge an additional $300 to install the motor. He had to leave and return later in the day to install the motor. It took him less than 20 minutes of his time to install the new motor. At that rate, he is recieving $600 per hour. I paid a $100 premium to get the technician on a weekend and then paid an additional premium for the install. It feels like a case of double dipping. Did he solve the problem - yes. Did I pay through the nose to get it done - yes. Will I recommend your company to others - no. Will I let others know through social media how much Standard Heating service costs - yes. Others can decide for themselves if they want to call you.
They are very good!
I was given a range of time when the tech would arrive & he called and came at the early part of the time range!
On time.
I was not home when the service person showed up. I do have a couple of comments though. The service person had turned up our thermostat and did not tell my wife, they also did not turn it back down when they left. I also noticed that the panel to the front of the furnace was not put back on correctly, I had to re-align the panel door and attach it.

Fast, curteous, always professional, happy to work with.
Loved the salesman who sold us our AC and furnace....and we had an issue and Elliott was great despite being a Packer fan. My wife was also here when we did the regular maintenance and spoke highly of that representative. (She can't remember his name)

The Standard Heating employees are always on time, very professional, and very respectful.
They were very personable. The tech and sales person knows what it is like to be a "real person" who has expenses and cannot always pay the most at that time.
The problem was diagnosed as pilot light out. Tech relight pilot but light went out after the tech departed. Tried to get pilot going again, with no positive results. Have scheduled another appt to see what is causing the pilot light to go out.Per tech, the flame was good and clean.
Jason, who regularly services my furnace and a/c, is great. Prompt, polite, personable, helpful through my questions.
