The 2 technicians were very friendly and professional. They fixed exactly what I needed and even fixed my humidifier which I thought didn't work. Awesome! Great service all around.

Joe, the professional Technician, was very articulate, explained the furnace/heating system check up in detail; was very helpful. He took the time to explain the differences, i.e. pros and cons, of considering the Utility Co. insurance plans for inevitable demise of a major applicance (like a furnace) or saving privately, for the replacement.
I appreciated his business sense, as well as, his obvious technical skills to keep my old furnace running.

I bought an air filter and it was great. Can't say anything bad but all I did was buy an air filter. I'll let you know when my furnace goes out (god forbid) and then give you a serious rating.

start with the fact that I've had you look at this issue multiple times, involving replacing a board that seems to have not been the problem. then your least experienced guy finally figures out that the likely problem is simply how the system is vented outdoors, and that it needs to be altered. You come back to do the work, but do it backwards, which I have to catch. Involving another visit.
