The last of three service visits the week of Dec. 14, 2015, I was not at home to talk with the tech. He did not leave any documentation as to what he did. I find this to be very unprofessional!

I was a little skeptical when two sales people showed up at the door but they were very profesional. They weren't pushy and didn't take long at all to get me an estimate. Two days later three Standard and Heating trucks showed up at the house and had both the furnace and AC replaced by 2:00. Everyone in the crew was very professional and friendly. I work in the trades myself and know what it's like to do a nice neat job. These guys were right on. Please give them all a pat on the back for a job well done!
