Your service reps are punctual, considerate, personable, and explain things thoroughly.
After further review with York and Johnson Controls it is my understanding that you are a "Comfort Care" provider. CC providers are not supposed to charge for the part and standard service, yet I was made to pay upfront. The service was good, the technition new his stuff, and I do appreciate that you came out on a Saturday. I even understand having to pay a saturday fee, however I can not recommend you based on what appears to be your failure to abide by your Comfort Care status with York.
Your service people are always very professional, and friendly, something I appreciate when I invite them into my home. The office staff is also excellent - friendly and helpful.

Both the person scheduling the appointment and the technician were pleasant and competent.
The technician arrived in promised time window (I even got same day service). Technician explained everything clearly, answered my questions, worked quickly and did a good job.
