Paul, he is very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. We always request him for our service calls. Also, whenever I call for appointments, there is always a friendly and helpful person on the other side of the line.

When scheduling the maintenance plan checkups, don't just send a card in the mail reminding us to call you; call or email the customer with some appointment options. It's too easy to miss that card among all the junk mail.

You came when I needed you most. It was very cold and my furnace went out. You fixed the panel and checked the other parts of the furnace as well.
Service techs seem knowledgeable, polite and address the problem at hand. Not trying to tell you that you need to buy a whole new furnace.
It took 3 times for 3 different guys coming out here to actually fix the problem. Of course, we are glad it's fixed, but now we have a motor for our furnace that was replaced that wasn't the problem in the first place.
