The serviceman who came to my home on Jan 20, Andrew - was AWESOME!! He recognized that the initial installation on the venting tubes were incorrect (not angled) and not allowing the condensation to drain - creating standing water in the venting tubes which then caused them to freeze on the outside with icicles hanging off the tubes and created constant gurgling noise inside my home every time the furnace kick on. The last two nights have been tremendous, not being woken up every time the furnace kicked in - especially since the tubes are right below my bedroom. He was pleasant to work with and efficient and completed the work quickly.

Information we were told was incorrect on the Honeywell thermostat. There was no number to call for support. The installer took the box. Saleman's said his computer had problem and couldn't get us support . We had to have more people comback A hose was not correctly inserted and we had water all over the furnace floor the following day. We were told we would have support by calling office. We did Not get support. Just long times on hold. Very frustrating . I was very unhappy with the installing. Everyone gave us a good talk when in house. BUT we did not get the support when we called. It TWO extra days to get things working, lots of frustration, calling and worrying for us. That should not have to happen. I was very disappointed in salesman. Over selling unnecessary products to us. After talking to family I realized all said totally not required. I do not like that kind of selling. Not in families best interest, just your company's money profit. Due to our circumstances we did not have a chance to compare prices with other companies. I will still check prices . You may still hear from me again. You talk and you did follow through with the finished project until 2 days later after many repeated phone calls and another home service visit. My neighbor was talking about a furnace and I told them not to call you. Jan h.
