I've been doing business with Standard since 1979 for residential HVAC service & installs. Service people have always been competent, helpful and willing to provide advice for better system performance and longevity. I have recommended Standard to friends and family and will continue to do so in the future.
Friendly and knowledgeable techs (with one minor exception last year, but not worth downgrading!). Will see how things work out come spring with the existing A/C odor situation.

I only have one complaint: he left me with one annoying problem: I have to reset the thermostat every hour or two because it keeps climbing up. Here's the kicker: I called and they told me I would have to wait over a week for someone to come and undo what he did. I appreciate that some people have much more serious problems, but this is costing me money. Every hour it is costing me money. Surely someone could stop by between appointments.

I needed an earlier time frame than was originally given and not only did you accommodate that, the technician arrived on the early end of the time so I was able to go into work on time. I really appreciate the effort made. Tech was professional and courteous and made sure everything was set to my preference.
