Prompt and courteous every time
This is my first home and Elliot did an excellent job explaining everything I needed to know about maintenance and upkeep of my furnace and walked me through exactly what the issue was and how he would be fixing it.
They spent enough time to thoroughly go through the house. They found some serious mistakes that were causing the existing system to be even more less efficient. 2 other companies never saw it, in fact they both suggested adding duct work to the 1/2 story to increase flow. They both suggested supplemental AC as well.Simple solution from Standard. Remove the existing TWO ducts from the main trunk that were flowing directly into the basement and dramatically decreasing the flow to the second level. THIS ALONE was worth the FREE service call. Even if I never purchased a system from them. We closed the wing nuts, took the temp on the upper level and temp increased by 10 degrees in less than 48 hours~ in JANUARY in MN!!!

WE LOVE SETH!!! We requested him when our furnace was having problems - it is so nice to have the same technician who knows your furnace and what has been done to it. He repaired our furnace quickly (had the part he needed in his truck) so we were without heat only a small amount of time. Thanks so much.
