They are very accomodating to my busy schedule when setting up appointments. The Service techs are always friendly and explain what they're doing.
However, I was disappointed that a valve that Standard Heating had installed for my humidifier was replaced rather than fixed, which cost considerably more. The 10% discount didn't make it any easier to swallow.

Not really anything to improve - there's just not much opportunity to impress on a basic pre-paid furnace maintenance where the furnace was functioning fine.

I feel that the service personnel are very friendly and professional and most of all, I feel that they have all been honest with me about what is going on with my furnace/April aire/air conditioner unit. I have had three of your service reps and have been very happy with all of them. The first one, Sven impressed me the most.

You replaced a part that, as far as I can tell, was not broken. (Zone valve.). Then you came back and said the thermostat was defective so I replaced that. I still having the same problem as initially reported: the heat upstairs stays on even when the temperature set on the thermostat is really he'd and it gets too hot.
