I like the fact that it's green and you pay your workers good wages with benefits. I had a bad communication experience with them recently. I would recommend that the managers or the people who interact with customers go to an "active listening" workshop to learn how to listen to what their customers are telling them.

The floors are sometimes not as clean as I would like them, nothing terrible, just not perfect.

It's great to come home to a clean house. Scheduling is flexible and easy.

The cleaning crew reaches and/or gets into places to clean that I either can't reach or would never consider in my list of cleaning chores to do. They arrive on time in the part of the day that I've requested. Maid Brigade is a gift I give myself.

I like the "green" quality of the cleaning products. One of them asked me when she first came in if there was anything that needed special attention and another brought me a small vase previously broken and mended and asked how it happened - it was many years ago. Attention to these small details makes me think they would be equally attentive to larger ones.

There are three things that really stand out positively about Maid Brigade, and I have used other housekeeping services in the past for comparison: (1) Extremely reliable. They show up on time on the date promised. In the over 5+ years I have employed Maid Brigade, I cannot think of one instance where the crew did not show up as planned. (2) Quality of work. There is a consistency high level of cleanliness. There is no "slacking off" or "cutting corners" after years of service. I am always favorably impressed to come home to a beautifully clean home. (3) Honesty. I am not in the home when the crew comes to clean. I have never had any items missing or misplaced. One always thinks twice about having people work in the home when away. There was one occasion where a light was accidently broken, a nice note attached, and full reimbursement made for a replacement. I appreciate the integrity and professionalism of the crew and the main office. Communications are professional and customer-service oriented. Needless to say, I would recommend Maid Brigade without reservation.

Your employees are all very prompt, and professional. They do in just an hour or two what would take me all day. And they
do a much better job than I could ever hope to do. I like the idea that you are using earth friendly products, but that is secondary
to having an on-going, nasty chore, being done by a pair of people, who do such a good job. And this allows me not only a little
freedom, but makes it easier for me to keep up between their visits.
