For me, the cost is a bit high for how much cleaning I need done. If they only take 1.5 hours, it would be nice to not pay the full 2 hour rate.

This most recent cleaning was lacking. It was almost as if the two workers traded roles from prior cleanings. The kitchen and bathroom have been great in the past, whereas the vacuuming and dusting lagged behind. The exact opposite was the case this most recent time, with several small details being overlooked in both the kitchen and bathroom; the vacuuming and dusting, however, were better than in the past. In addition, there was no mopping of the first floor, especially noticeable in the kitchen. I wiped some drops of water that I had spilled off of the floor with a paper towel shortly after I got home, and the paper towel was black. I expect better than this, especially paying ~$400/month for service. There clearly seems to be a disparity with the two employees' quality of work.
Make sure they follow instructions every week
I like being able to come home after work and having my house clean!
Thouroughness & punctuality
Although maids were thorough in some areas, they missed others. Some trash wasn't taken out, dust on floor was not thoroughly cleaned.
