I can consistently count on the team coming when they said they would. They work quickly and are very pleasant. The feedback card system is wonderful to be able to make minor comments or request an additional service in the future. The office staff reads the cards and any "miss" is corrected the next time. The house always looks great after they have been there.
Sometime the corners of our bathtub are not fully cleaned and I really appreciate it when the towels get re-folded nicely. This doesnot always happen

My house is very clean and the people that are cleaning for me are always friendly and professional. They come in get right to work.
everything is very spic and span upon completion. If damage happens, the co. is very quick and responsive in handling it.
1. I like how the people that come to our house seem happy to be there.
2. The two or three ladies who come to our house do a thorough job---cleaning under the tables and bed, for example. They do a very professional job: garbage sacked and removed. Shower and bathroom expertly cleaned.
3. The ladies show up when they say they are going to show up. I like that we are called the day before with an estimated time of arrival.
