Feel like cleaning crew is sometimes like a whirl wind that has gone through my house. Have had things broken, blinds are askewed like someone has just been very careless. I think cleaning crews need to treat things more gentle.
The staff is professional, thorough and efficient. They come in like a whirlwind and get the job done in good time, but also with good quality. I've been home a few times when they've been there and was surprised at some of the attention to detail that I saw. Especially getting rid of cobwebs where the wall and ceilings meet. Wow. They don't take any shortcuts and are hard working.
I love coming home to my freshly cleaned home it feels great. My team does a great job!!!

The quality of cleanliness I receive appears to vary a lot based on which group of team members come to clean my house each month. I don't like the inconsistency.
More consistently thorough cleaning. Our understanding was that the team leader would be fluent in English, but sometimes when we've tried to talk to the leader, she is not able to understand us.
