Unfortunately, we have had a few accidents over the 5 years that you have used our services. We strive to work carefully in the home but sometimes we are not as successful in some homes as to others. We are working to prevent such accidents in homes but also realize that at times something may happen. Each time an accident has occurred, we have promptly replaced the item or reimbursed for that item. Although, ideally, we would like to just not have breakages happen in a home.
Very nice staff, cheerful and efficient. Very good cleaning job, and when they are finished, the apartment looks good, feels good (and does not reek of chemicals).

I have mentioned the excellent services to many friends, but the amount I pay monthly always seems a barrier to my friends. Its all about cost.
Consistent team cleans my home. They love my dog and always do a nice job. Always very friendly.
They are green clean. You can set up additional services w/just a little bit of planning (something I need to do more of.) =)

The cleaners who are assigned to my home now arrive at a convenient time, come prepared with sufficient equipment and products to do the job well, work efficiently without time wasting, and ask questions if anything appears to be different or requires explanation. I'm always relieved to see the same team arrive.
Despite repeated attempts to improve the service I don't see much happening. Although the team doesn't move furniture it seems like they could clean UNDER things and take care of corners. We have a kitchen island that is a breeding ground for dust bunnies and it rarely if ever sees a Maid Brigade mop.
We are seriously considering shopping for another service.
From what my wife tells me, they don't use nasty chemicals. I also like that they vacuum the blinds, couch, and pillows to get the cat hair off. They're also flexible so I can request that they clean my house first thing in the morning if I'm leaving town later that day and don't want anyone coming over if I'm not coming home for a few days.
first & foremost, they do a great job cleaning! I particularly appreciate the ability to make comment after each job, and the oversight that Maid Brigade provides. I am impressed with the personal service, i.e. emails and calls directly to me if something was missed. And the way Maid Brigade is always striving to provide additional help--Spring Cleaning specials for instance. Also their support of our community, asking for food to donate to the Food Bank in particular. Maid Brigade is an all-around class act.

Very happy with the quality of the work and professionalism.
I'm not sure if we had a different cleaning crew this past week or not, but a few things struck me:
1) Maid Brigade has a key to my home, but for some reason, I had several voice messages on my answering machine from the cleaning crew stating they couldn't get in and did not have a key;
2) When I arrived home, I couldn't tell if the team had been in to clean or not. Usually it's obvious (bed made, bath tub and toilet looked visibly cleaner, piles organized, etc.) Last week, I really couldn't tell. It was very disappointing.
The work is complete and thorough and there are nice little touches that tickle me like folded hand towels and toilet paper roll ends.
Consistency. Having the same crew from week to week.
I have been using Maid Brigade for quite a few years now and have been pleased with the service provided. The maids do an excellent job.

Ironically, today is the 4th time they have broken something substantial. Today they broke yet another one of my expensive Lladro porcelains. These are collector items. I have had maid brigade clean my house for years now...paying a higher price than many other places...I expected more care with my items. I am hugely disappointed with their clumsiness and lack of concern for private property. I will be asking for replacement of my Lladro, and probably will stop any further service.
