You clean well and you're flexible about changing times and dates, if needed by the customer.
Sometimes I miss the use of bleach, which feels and smells more hygenic to me. Sometimes it would be nice if the team had the authority to see when things needed attention and respond accordingly, rather than wait for me to say something and communicate it back to the office and they communicate it back. I understand why, but it sometimes feels like a hassle instead of a time saver and convenience. And the time-saving and convenience is the main reason I use a service.
We are open to allowing the teams more flexibility. However, the price for the home is based on the regular tasks that are to be done. Because, people place priority on different rooms/tasks, in order to do things that, in the eyes of the cleaner, could be done, we need to charge for the extra time spent. Otherwise, we need to take something off for that day. That is difficult to do because one person’s “not a big deal” is another’s hot spot. We have certain homes that are hourly and allow the team free reign to make sure everything needs to get done.
Not sure. It's just not the same as having somebody by the hour. They do what's on their list and leave. Last time, there were smudges on my glass fireplace screen and some water drips on the cabinet doors under a sink when the crew came and they were there after they left.

Sometimes the cleaning is comp[lete and sometimes not. Shows in the walk-in closet sometimes are piled and sometimes paired. Sometimes the hard surface floors and sometimes you can see a dust shadow where it was not completely done.
Consistency of cleanings
Non toxic cleaning. Maids are always courteous and thorough. They often surprise me with a little extra cleaning.
Communication between the team and the office.
Make sure the team leader is, in fact, fluent in English. Small details are sometimes missed. Overall, a good quality service.

I love that you are open to feedback, and are totally willing to get it right and make sure we are satisfied. I also love that you are very respectful of our home and work in a very organized, efficient manner. No stone goes unturned and undusted, so to speak.
I like the consistency of the service. I like that I am asked for feedback after every cleaning with the comment card. And of course I love the quality of the service.
I have had trouble with broken items from time-to-time and believe that the crew does a quick and thorough dusting that often results in items breaking. There is some inconsistency with the cleaning - which I think relates to different crew members. And there have been times when I would like to customize my service but feel unable to easily do that with my contract - for example ask that the kitchen clean be substituted with a refrigerator cleaning.

It seems like the longer I've used your services, the worse they have gotten. For example: they used to dust all of my bedroom furnitures and organize the purfume bottles, etc... that has not been done in months. Dusting is generally below average. Wiping down the door ways and corners for finger prints would be nice. Remember that the garbage can in the garage and not putting the garbage in the yard debris can.
Thank you for your input. We will tend to this right away. Unfortunately, we have not received a quality card in over a year. Without feedback, it is difficult for us to respond to our clients’ concerns. We urge our clients to return their cards (just drop them in our work outbox) or jump online and fill them out. This is the best way to ensure your needs are met.
Quick, thorough.
I'm not sure the new "environmentally safe" products actually clean as well as the old fashioned products you used to use. I believe the team still works as hard though and I find that they occassionally do a little extra when they have the time.

First of all, the team is always very friendly! They don't waste any time at all getting started after arrival, they are efficient and very thorough. We support going green so that is a plus also. Awesome company!
