I wasnt dissapointed at all the service was great I hope after my kitchen remodel I can have the crew come in one more time to help me get things back in order... all my friends are way to poor to have a cleaning service so will never mention it to them. in fact after my remodel I will probably not continue my service its just a bit out of my budget.. I really needed the help for the times that I had it though...
Our house has looked incredible:) It is very nice to come home to a clean house. If we have to quit it will only be for financial reasons because we really appreciate the help.
Reliable service when they say they will be at the house, they are. Always pleasant workers. Administration staff in office extremely helpful and rarely cannot accomodate a change that we need to the schedule. Staff are also very pleasant and service oriented. Employees are always acting as good ambassadors of the Company, even when I see one of theirdistinctive logo cars on the road.

After the (2nd !) initial clean, I was impressed. The first initial clean was just good. The next cleaning was also, just good. I have the same service from an independent and it was 1/2 as much. I expect great. I think I need to have your best team come.

The maids do their job quickly and efficiently. They're always pleasant and always thoughtful and careful with our belongings. I especially love the care they take in my son's bedroom, making sure his bed is cozy and his toys organized.
I love my team! Especially the crew leader. She's always so polite and nice. Even helps me with my limited spanish vocabulary. The way my bathroom towls were artistcally folded the last was fabulous! The chrome kitchen appliances are always so shiney and carpets vacumed miticulously clean. I always feel so content and relaxed after my team has cleaned my house. I would have them do more rooms or even my entire giant house if I could financially afford that luxery. I retained the services of Maid Brigade for more than 5 yrs and won't even consider another company. I feel safe with their use of my alarm system, the team's cleaning kills are outstanding. It's extremely important I also commend Maid Brigade's administrative managers in the offiice. They have never failed to respond to anything I've requested of them. I LOVE MY MAID BRIGADE!!
Cleaning overall is good but, take the time to move things that are on wheels such as rolling dishwashers and butchers block carts and clean under them. Also, make sure that all of the baseboards have been cleaned, especially if something is laying in front of it. A thorough check of the walls when cleaning them would be good as well. I have a spot on an entry way that has been there since I started with your service and it still has yet to be cleaned. Again, overall things are good but, it is not to the level of cleaning that I myself would perform.

The cleaning group is always on time & do a good job.
While I appreciate the green cleaners, they just don't do the job that other cleaners do. It seems that the mop just picks up the dust off the floors and doesn't really pick up the dirt. The hardwood floors are looking a little dingy.
The price is too high for some. I think it's worth it becuse you provide health benefits to your employees.

Fast, detailed and trustworthy. My only suggestion is after dusting hanging pictures, they should make sure they are straight on the wall.
