Cheaper pricing for biweekly service

Offer / Ask for custom / seasonal tasks.. for example the garage is not part of my scheduled cleaning but after a spring cleaning and reorg it could use a going over.
The initial cleaning was spectacular! Our first regular cleaning did leave something to be desired. In the kitchen there were food smudges left on the range and the counters weren't totally free of debris/dirt. Baseboards weren't totally clean. Bathroom walls weren't touched -- maybe that's not a part of the service. We want to have the right expectations. Still hopeful this is the right choice for us.

Price.
We are priced competitively with the other services that carry full time employees. However, we have incredibly low turnover because of the benefits we offer our teams and our compensation package available to them. This has allowed us to improve our quality over the 4 years and offer consistent teams on a regular basis.

Green cleaning and scent-free cleaning uses and materials. I also like that employees have a safe car to drive, and that they have benefits and a retirement plan, so that I do not feel exploitative.
We have been extremely happy with the thoroughness of cleaning. Attention to details such ad no smears on the faucets and stove top are just two examples. I have used other cleaning services in the past and have not been as happy. Thank you.

I love that my home doesn't smell toxic when I come home - clean, but not chemically. I love coming home to a clean house. I like that they come and go while I am not home, that when they couldn't find my trash can they left a note explaining why the trash wasn't taken out, and the option to direct debit. I also love that they bring their own equipment and I don't hav eot think about having stuff ready for them. But most of how, have I meantioned how much I love coming home to a clean house?
