I was warmly greeted as I entered the store. I was impressed by how they listened to my concerns. I was able to take one pair of shoes home while I had to order the other pair. They ordered them on Saturday and they arrived at my door on Tuesday afternoon via Fed-Ex. I received everything I needed for both pairs of shoes when I left the store on Saturday. This was a very professional, family oriented experience for this customer and I will return.

My daughter has been having issues with foot pain and plantar fasciitis. It has always been difficult to find shoes that fit her and are comfortable. I found Fleet Feet through a google search for custom shoe fitting. I can not be more happy with the outstanding service receive from knowledgeable associates. I’ve never heard so many people in a shoe store exclaim, ‘These shoes are SO COMFORTABLE!’ My daughter is very happy with her new shoes and I am planning to bring the rest of my family back to get shoes as well.

Knowledgable and friendly service
Ben was awesome! Heel width? Who looks at that? And the way he offered me the shoe to try on, it was as if he was presenting a precious artifact for my inspection. The technology for foot measuring is amazing. Why go anywhere else? It all starts with the feet. If the shoes are a bad fit, the knees and hip and back can be affected. We I am very pleased my feet were fit so well, my knees, hip and back will be fine.
