The service is excellent. I was at the Short Pump store in September after a podiatrist suggested Fleet Feet. Hazel checked my size and immediately provided several shoes to choose from for my particular problem. I was very pleased and decided to check out the Patterson Ave. store when I was in the area. I explained my request to Sam, and he also responded immediately to help me. Now I am at least able to walk in more comfort.

I was very impressed with the friendly, and professional, customer service! Great selection of shoes, and everyone seemed very knowledgeable about the different brands. I also was impressed with the machine that can scan your feet.

You carry the brand of most comfy walking and workout shoes to the point that i also use it inside the house. Joy from W Broad st. Fleet Feet recommended oofos, so i bought one !

The salesman gave me courteous and professional help. He exuded knowledge of the different products and why the one he chose for me was what my doctor said I needed. He was quite a gentleman and made absolutely sure I was comfortable wearing my new shoes. For the first time in several months, I was finally pain free!
My only issue would be the time I had to wait to get help. I estimate 15 minutes. My particular salesman, Max, did not let me wait more than just a couple minutes once he saw I was the there.
