I am a older floor nurse in a hospital and still work 12-hour shifts. I also worked in the restaurant industry for 20 years prior to nursing. So, I have literally been on my feet all my life.
I used to purchase 2or more pairs of decent tennis shoes or running shoes a year.
Since I have been using the Hoka's I only purchase 1 pair a year.
My feet & legs don't hurt nearly as much as they use to after a 12-hour shift.
Yes, I also purchased the extra in-soles but it was worth it. It's a lot cheaper than going to the competition & paying around $3000 just for the insoles.

The shoes are a cut above most athletic shoes with many features to aid in foot issues. The staff seemed very know their products very well and were able to recommended a shoe to give the best fit possible. Staff was willing to take the time with the customer.

Hi! I brought my daughter into the Midlothian store on Saturday, April 8th to get new tennis shoes. We were helped by Jeff, who I gathered was a new employee. He was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would point out is that if you have a new employee, I think one of the more seasoned employees should oversee what product is selected to make sure it is the best option. Jeff wasn't aware that a "B" width is medium and that "D" is wide. We are happy with the shoes my daughter got, but just friendly advice from a shopper. Again - a great store and I have shopped at both locations. Definitely my go-to for new shoes.

Excellent customer service. Camila fully explained the entire process. After she took the Volumental scans and measurements, she explained the results and the type of shoe that would best support my needs. Several types were offered and I was able to find a shoe that fit and offered needed support. She took her time and was very attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend Fleet Feet and Camila.
The woman who helped me was so awesome. She directed me to the right Brooks Ghost, new socks and new insole. What an amazing store Westhamton is. Jeff and Jason run a great ship. God bless them all,

The interaction never felt rushed, and he recommended three different shoes to try. He was very attentive and accommodating. I left your store more knowledgeable, with a nice product.
