A variety of products to choose from, and very helpful employees
It is apparent that the owner of Fleet Feet knows ALL the major areas to keeping his customers satisfied and properly fitted for shoes before leaving his stores. There is no doubt that he believes his employees must be properly trained in knowing the product they are selling as well as treating the customers with the utmost individual attention and courtesy.
I have yet to be disappointed in the high-quality shoes I have purchased there for 7 years. I am 76 years old and need shoes that will help with balance issues as well as very arthritic and Achilles heel challenges. Yes, some of the shoe name brands can be bought at other athletic stores, but it would be doubtful in my opinion that you will receive the expert knowledge Fleet Feet employees possess in fitting you properly.
The employees at Fleet Feet are affable, courteous, and demonstrate conscientiousness in fitting their customers shoes to individual needs and perfection. I am particularly impressed with the patience that Dallas and Tony devote to my very “needy” feet. Two orthopedic surgeons have highly recommended Fleet Feet as “my go-to-place” for my shoes.
You should be prepared to realize after your first shoe fitting experience cand purchase at FLEET FEET that you are making an INVESTMENT in giving your feet the utmost advantage to keeping up with that adorable “Energizer Bunny”. Honestly submitted by First name removed B.

The service was excellent. The associate that I met with was very friendly, knowledgable and thorough. She scanned my feet and gait, and recommended appropriate running shoes. She also gave me tips on laceing my shoes, stretching, and gait. I love my Hoka's. I've already recommended your store to a friend from the YMCA. Great job.

I found the most comfortable shoes for walking. The staff are always very helpful and informative. I went there for a specific pair of shoes but based on my needs and my foot scan, I was shown several different brands and one of them was perfect for me. Thanks!!
The technology to help find the right fit and all the data provided. The service was great and I loved all the options presented to me. Being able to take time with the options, jog around and without feeling pressured was really great.
